  1. Hello smashly forums, great plugin in which I am wading through the options ...which are overwhelming to a non coder like my self....I have the plugin installed and am pulling the images from there upload page to widgets on pages
    My question is ...

how can I make the widget title "hot" ?

I simply want to be able link to the page where I have the actual gallery so contributors may access the upload

  2. The Widget Title is controlled by WordPress, and I tried, but it didn't let me create a link there. I'm trying to figure out why the widgets won't let you link the thumbs to their post/page.

    Hope that helps,

  3. Hey Byron, on shadowbox try to set on false the option that says "Enable Smart Loading". That should help on the matter...

  4. Thanks, Jon. I've got "Smart loading" set to false. There are a couple of things that are affecting the widgets and linking to posts. But I'm not sure if the cure is worse than the disease.

    1) I think the Std_Widget layout comes with [thumb_linktoimage] instead of [thumb]
    2) The code for when you select one of the caption styles that link the thumb to the post wasn't picking up the right URL...it was getting the user submitted url if one existed.
    3) In fixing #2, now the thumb will always link to the post, even when you're on the post. So, the best solution is probably to pick in PhotoSmash Settings / Defaults: "Thumbs link to Post on Main Page"
