  1. HI!
I would really love to use this plug-in but am having problems with the upload. I get the following error:
"Image upload failed. Your image may have been too large or there may have been another problem. Please reload the page and try again."

Here is what I have tried:

    1. Deleted plug-in and re-install
    2. Used default theme
    3. Try to upload different pictures thinking the one picture was causing problems
    4. Changed maximum size
    5. Changed to any other themes I had installed
    6. Disabled ALL plug-ins except Photosmash

So I am at a loss. I don't really understand the jQuery thing you posted about in relation to a function outlined by Wordpress. However, I went with your theory and used the default theme thinking that could be it but got the same error.

The sample gallery is here: http://www.davidlee.com/home/?page_id=129

    Look forward to your reply!

    Thanks,
    Kris

  2. Hi Kris,

Are the images you're uploading very large ( > 500kb )? If so, you could be running out of memory on your server during the upload process.

If that's not the issue, send me an email at byron at whypad . com and we can discuss other things to try.

  3. Hi Bryon,
I sent you an email this morning. Hopefully you received it. Just wanted to let you know here in case you didn't receive it. Thanks again for your help!

    Regards,
    Kris

  4. Kris,

I don't think I got the email..Sorry...plus, I'm going to be out of town for a week without much internet (if any), so I might be slow in reply...sorry.

  5. Oh, wait...I got it! Got confused....sorry.

  6. Hi Byron,
I was wondering if you had a chance to look into the problem. I sent you an email several weeks ago with access information so you could take a look. Thanks again for your help!

  7. Kris,

I got it working over lunch. I had to turn on the Media Library integration...not sure why, but it will be using the standard WP upload folders and will be adding uploaded images to your Media Library.

    Cheers,
    Byron

  8. Hello Byron:

I love your plug-in and I'm using it in Two websites I'm working on but I'm noticing the Add Photo link is broken is calling a page called "http://thesiteimworkingon.com/site/TB_inline?height=900&width=900&inlineId=bwbps-formcont" and send me to the server main 404 page. How can I fix this problem.

    Thank in Advance!

  9. Hi Raphie,

You've most likely got a theme problem. Check out this article and see if it gets you there:

  10. Thanks Byron! I appreciate the help. I noticed that the "rating" thing put up a lot of jibberish on the page. So I had to turn it off.. No big deal. We don't need the ratings!

    Thanks again!

  11. No matter what I do, I still get the message:

Image upload failed. Your image may have been too large or there may have been another problem. Please reload the page and try again.

What do I still need to do to to make this work?

    Thanks.

  12. Lynda,

I think we cleared this in email, but for posterity. I believe it was Contact Form 7 that was conflicting and causing the message.
