Anyone have issues with the popup div centering in IE when viewing the larger image?

The gallery is about 600px below the top of the page, and in FF it centers fine.

I've tried putting CSS in my custom layout for #TB_window, and all the changes I make effect it in Firefox, but in IE it still centers at the top of the first page. (Scrolling up)
