  1. Hi, I'm posting this in a seperate topic to try maintain clear questions in the forum.

I have installed the shadowbox plugin for my slideshow, and am using Std_widget for my gallery. At the moment this setup provides a "start slideshow" link at the top of my web gallery page.

However I would also like the slideshow to open after people click a thumbnail. Has anyone else acheived this?

Currently clicking a thumbnail opens the thickbox window(or if I turn off thickbox then clicking shows that image enlarged in a clean browser window.).

    Thanks in advance!

  2. Hi Delia, I haven't tried that and not sure how feasible it is, but with the custom Layouts, you can build your thumbnail links into virtually anything you want, so I'm 99.99% sure it's possible, but not sure how messy it would be to code up.

If you want to give it a try, take a look at the code behind that slideshow link and then try replicating it on the thumbnail links in a custom layout in the Layouts Editor.

    Cheers,
    Byron
