When I click on the "upload photo" link, the link points to a file on my site: http://www.bethin4good.com/TB_inline?height=390&width=545&inlineId=bwbps-formcont. When it finishes loading, I get this error message on the page that comes up: "Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here."

My settings allow subscribers to upload. What could possibly be the issue?
