Even if I change this from Admin to Subscribers so that any subscriber can upload no ADD IMAGE button is visible. Only when logged in as an Admin does the ADD IMAGE button appear. I have made the changes I desire and "updated defaults" with still no change to the ability to upload images.</p> <p>Help. </p>
