Hi there!
This great plugin would probably be just what I needed, only that I can't make it work: when I upload the image, I get a message: "Validation error, please select a file" - which I just did and pressed submit button... The uploader is on http://www.parampara.pl/imp/zdjecia-uzytkownikow/). Please, does anyone have an idea what to do about that?

I wonder if there is a way to give consumers Geocode as in admin panel.
Because only by typing the address is not exactly the intended image of the map.
And thus much easier for the user!

I'm in the process of setting up my PhotoSmash gallery (GREAT plugin, btw!), and I'm curious to know if there's a way to link an image to the lightbox upload form.

For example, instead of the regular text "Add Photos", users would click on an image that would then bring them to the upload form where they would upload their photo. Is it possible? I've tried copying the link location from the text, but that doesn't work.

Hi

I am trying to copy images from one gallery to another, but the copy function does not appear to be working. I select several images, and then choose the empty gallery the one that I want to copy the images to and click on copy. It says Saving.... but the alert says the 0 have been copied.

Any help.

Thanks

Hello

I have uploaded the Photosmash plugin successfully. However, I am having trouble with Shadowbox, Lighbox, and Thickbox applications working. I have tried them all. Thickbox doesn't work with my theme. I currently have the Smashbox plugin running. But,when I go to click on an image in the gallery, I get the response "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."

I have set the following as:

"Rel" parameter for image links:shadowbox[album]

Your help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,

Hi Byron, I was wondering if has a way using custom fields to add classes to the images after a checkbox is checked, so it is possible using jquery later to filter the pictures.

Ex. on the upload form: if is an animal check here, if is a landscape check here, if is a bla bla bla check here.... This way people looking for landscapes wouldn't be bothered with other irrelevant images and vice-verse...

If you have any thoughts on the matter, I am all ears. Thanks for your time.

Hi Byron. I am having some trouble with one of my clients gallery and I can't figure out what the problem is. My client is using IE8 and she gets an extra blank image in between each photo. My clients site is: http://www.asajohannesson.se/projekt/

When I click on a photo it says 1 out of 10 images although there are only 5 images.

Every time I try to upload an image it says it fails, but is in fact added and the page needs to be reloaded to show the photo. I'm not sure if this has anythign to do with it?

Can you please help me figure out what is happening and how to fix it? Thanks.
Linda

Hey Byron, is that a way to add the post tags to the image when uploading it? or add the post tags to all images displaying on a gallery? I am afraid that people won't worry to add tags or won't do it on a smart way...

Cheers again :)

Hi Byron,

My url is http://www.sapnamagazine.com. (However the page where I'm trying to use your plugin is a draft, so you can't see it right now.)

Your plugin is EXACTLY what we need for our model search page, where we wish to encourage potential models to upload their portfolios. It's perfect!

However, I have tried and TRIED but I can't get the plugin to work. First I upgraded to WP 2.9 because I thought that was the problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times. The add photo link shows up on the page, the thickbox works fine, upload link fine, everything seems fine...

Until I go into Photo Manager and there are no images to retrieve. I've uploaded images 3 times and they are not registering in the Photo Manager. I even updated the upload params to allow 'anybody', even though I was logged in as admin while I was trying to upload. No success.

Since I'm running a public magazine site, uninstalling all of my plugins and/ or changing my theme is not an option. I'm really hoping you can point me in the right direction... I'd much rather use your plugin than anything else!

I would really appreciate a reply as quick as you can. :)

Thanks,

Hello,

I get no results on search so please excuse the redundancy if this has been asked elsewhere.

A click on an image brings it up but without the next/previous (double-arrow) buttons, and, it doesn't do the Lightbox behavior in transitioning [smoothly] to the next image. "Close" is the only option to each image and then I have to open another one manually.

I have Image link set to "thickbox" and "Rel" parameter to the default value: lightbox[album]. And yes, I have the Lightbox plugin activated.

Where else do I enable this Lightbox transition feature within the Photosmash options?

Thanks for a great plugin, Byron.
